All Sales Are Final – No Refunds
Due to the nature of our services and the commitments we make to partners and accommodations in advance, all payments made to MOOD Travel Colombia are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Relocation tour bookings (virtual or physical)
- Group trip reservations
- T-Shirt & Trip packages
- Virtual conference tickets
Any other MOOD Travel Colombia products or services
Transfer or Credit Options
While refunds are not available, we understand that plans can change. In certain circumstances and with advance notice (minimum 30 days before scheduled departure or event), we may offer:
- Transfer of your trip or service to another participant (pending approval)
- Travel credit toward a future
MOOD Travel Colombia experience (subject to availability and policies)
To request a transfer or credit, please contact us at support@moodtravelcolombia.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the request.
No Shows or Late Cancellations
Failure to attend your scheduled trip, event, or service without prior communication will result in the forfeiture of your payment. No credit, transfer, or rescheduling will be issued for no-shows.
